Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality, safety, productivity, and operational efficiency. Core duties include following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to process orders: accurately picking large case items with material handling equipment or small units by hand, performing quality control checks, sorting and consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing shipments. You'll utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for product check-in and outbound processing, drive equipment like order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders. Additional tasks encompass housekeeping, inventory control, cross-training across warehouse areas, participating in team meetings, and resolving routine problems while adhering to OSHA standards and all company policies.

Daily Operations

Expect to work independently or in teams, changing priorities as needed in a dynamic setting. Maintain a clean, safe environment and wear required PPE, including steel-toed safety shoes and harnesses for elevated work.

Qualifications & Requirements

This entry-to-mid-level role suits candidates with warehouse experience, though training is provided. Key qualifications include the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, and stand for entire shifts, plus comfort working at heights of 20-30 feet. A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is preferred, along with prior material handling equipment (PIT) experience, RF scanner or voice-to-pick proficiency. You must be flexible for overtime with little notice, follow directions effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment meeting hourly performance standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills, teamwork aptitude, and commitment to safety are essential.
