Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll contribute directly to Cardinal Health's mission of seamless supply chain operations. Daily tasks include:

• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to accurately pick orders, perform quality control checks, sort, consolidate freight, build and wrap pallets, pack, load, and prepare shipments.
• Operating material handling equipment such as order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders to pick large cases or small units.
• Utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and voice-to-pick technology for inbound check-ins and outbound processing.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment through housekeeping, inventory control, and adherence to safety regulations, including PPE like steel-toed shoes and harnesses.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas, participating in projects, resolving routine problems, and communicating effectively in team meetings.

Flexibility is key—expect to rotate tasks, work independently or collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities with minimal notice.

Qualifications & Requirements
