Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll execute core warehouse operations to maintain Cardinal Health's high service standards:

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order processing, including accurate picking, quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, pallet building, wrapping, packing, loading, and shipment preparation.
• Pick large case items using material handling equipment or small units placed on designated carts.
• Cross-train across multiple warehouse functions and support projects as needed.
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inbound/outbound product tracking.
• Drive equipment like order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
• Maintain housekeeping, inventory accuracy, and a clean, safe workspace.
• Solve routine problems, attend associate meetings, and communicate concerns to management.
• Comply with OSHA standards, wear required PPE (steel-toed shoes, safety harness), and adhere to EHS and QRA policies.

Qualifications & Requirements
