Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Core duties include accurately picking orders, performing quality control checks, sorting and consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing shipments. You'll pick large case items using material handling equipment or small units by hand, cross-train across warehouse areas, and utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for check-ins and shipments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Experience

A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is preferred. Previous material handling equipment (PIT) experience, RF scanner, or voice-to-pick is highly valued.

Physical Demands

This physically demanding role requires frequently lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, and standing for entire shifts. Comfort working at heights of 20-30 feet is necessary.
