Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operations Associate at Cardinal Health's Columbus, OH facility, you'll play a vital role in the receipt, storage, and shipment of sensitive medical products. This full-time position features a Sunday-Wednesday schedule from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM (or until work is completed), including overtime as needed. Starting pay is $21.60 per hour, inclusive of shift differential. No prior warehouse experience is required—all training begins on day one. Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will ensure seamless operations in our state-of-the-art distribution center:

• Follow precise processes to pick products accurately using RF scanners or voice-directed systems, perform quality inspections, pack orders, and prepare shipments for hospitals and clinics.
• Cross-train across multiple warehouse functions, including outbound dock operations, renal fluid packing, IV fluid handling, and automated storage/retrieval systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, housekeeping standards, and a safe workspace while wearing required PPE like steel-toed shoes and safety harnesses.
• Get certified to operate material handling equipment such as order pickers (cherry pickers), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
• Adapt to changing priorities, resolve routine issues, and collaborate under moderate supervision to meet customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

We welcome candidates with little to no experience. Key requirements include:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for entire 8+ hour shifts.
• Comfort working at heights of 25-30 feet regularly.
• Must be available for overtime and flexible scheduling.
• Strong verbal/written communication, multi-tasking, and ability to follow directions.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred; experience with computers, POS systems, or MHE is a plus.
• Self-starter who excels in team settings with emphasis on accuracy and safety.
