Role Overview

As a Warehouse Associate at Cardinal Health's Columbus, OH facility, you'll work Sunday-Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM (or until work is completed, including overtime). This full-time position pays $21.60 per hour, including shift differential, and requires no prior warehouse experience—all training starts on day one. Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will keep our distribution center running smoothly:

• Follow precise processes to pick products accurately, conduct quality control checks, pack items securely, enter data into warehouse systems, and prepare shipments for timely delivery.
• Cross-train across warehouse functions, including order picking, outbound dock operations, renal fluid packing, IV fluid packing, and automated storage/retrieval systems.
• Perform inventory control, housekeeping, and safety tasks to maintain a clean, organized workspace. Required PPE includes steel-toed safety shoes and material handling harnesses.
• Train and certify on material handling equipment (MHE) such as order pickers (cherry pickers), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders as needed.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures, apply problem-solving skills to routine issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements
