Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll ensure seamless product flow from receipt to shipment. Core duties include cross-training across Inbound, ValueLink, and Outbound operations. Break down cases, operate heavy equipment to replenish stock, and use voice-to-pick technology for accurate order fulfillment—handling both large cases with material handlers and small units on carts. Palletize items, wrap skids, pack boxes, and drive equipment like order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders. Assist outbound as needed, with potential long-term opportunities there.

Daily Operations

Expect an 8+ hour shift involving bending, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing continuously. Work at heights up to 25 feet with safety harnesses, adhering to EHS and QRA policies. Wear steel-toed shoes and meet hourly quotas in a high-volume distribution center.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek reliable team players with warehouse aptitude. Preferred: High School Diploma/GED, 1-2 years experience, MHE operation, RF/voice-to-pick familiarity. Required: Lift 50 lbs repeatedly, work overtime on short notice, learn equipment quickly, rotate areas, and adapt to outbound schedules.
