As a Full-Time Warehouse Associate in Swedesboro, NJ, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing the receipt, storage, and shipment of healthcare products. Key Responsibilities

You'll receive large boxes on the dock, scan products using RF scanners, input data into systems, and break down cases to replenish stock using heavy equipment.

Utilize advanced voice-to-pick systems for selecting large case items with material handling equipment or small units placed on carts. Palletize and wrap large items for shipment, pack small items securely in boxes, and drive various equipment such as order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders as required.

Cross-training across inbound and outbound areas is essential, along with participating in projects. Maintain a clean work environment through housekeeping, inventory control, and strict adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements, including wearing steel-toed shoes and safety harnesses.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and 1-2 years of warehouse or distribution experience. Experience with automated or RF warehouse systems is beneficial.
