Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll perform essential tasks to keep our distribution center humming efficiently. Responsibilities include following processes to fulfill orders by accurately picking products, conducting quality control checks, packing items securely, and preparing shipments. You'll cross-train across multiple warehouse areas, participate in improvement projects, and handle housekeeping and inventory control to uphold safety standards. A key aspect is training to operate material handling equipment such as order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders—certification provided on the job.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential qualifications include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, comfort working at heights up to 30 feet, flexibility to follow directions and shift priorities, and strong verbal/written communication skills.
