Role Overview

As a Full-Time Night Warehouse Associate in Swedesboro, NJ, you'll be at the heart of our distribution operations. This night shift position offers a competitive pay rate of $22.40 per hour (including shift differential), equating to approximately $46,592 annually, with potential for mandatory overtime. The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday: Sunday 6:30pm to task complete, and Monday-Thursday 8:00pm to task complete. Key Responsibilities

• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order processing: accurately picking items, conducting quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training across multiple warehouse areas, including inbound receiving and outbound shipping, plus participation in manager-assigned projects.
• Receiving large boxes on the dock, scanning products with RF scanners, and entering data into warehouse management systems.
• Breaking down cases, operating heavy equipment to replenish stock, and utilizing voice-to-pick systems for efficient order fulfillment—handling both large case items with material handling equipment and small units placed on carts.
• Palletizing large items, wrapping skids for shipment, and packing small items into boxes.
• Driving material handling equipment such as order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders as required.
• Performing housekeeping, inventory control, and complying with all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements to maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Experience
