Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, Warehouse Operations Associates ensure the seamless flow of products through our facility. You'll follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all tasks, contributing to Cardinal Health's reputation for accuracy and efficiency in medical supply chain management.

• Accurately pick orders using voice-to-pick systems, perform quality checks, sort, consolidate, build, wrap pallets, pack, and prepare shipments.
• Receive large boxes on the dock, scan with RF devices, input data, break down cases, and replenish stock using heavy equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment including order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
• Cross-train across inbound and outbound areas, participating in projects as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment through housekeeping, inventory control, and strict adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols, including wearing steel-toed shoes and safety harnesses.
