Role Overview

As a Full-Time Night Warehouse Associate in Swedesboro, NJ, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing the receipt, storage, and shipment of critical healthcare products. This night shift role offers a competitive pay rate of $22.40 per hour (including shift differential), equating to an annual range with overtime potential. The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday, starting at 5:30pm Sundays and 8:00pm Monday-Thursday, with task-complete end times and mandatory overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll perform a variety of tasks to ensure seamless warehouse operations:

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accurate order processing, including picking, quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, pallet building, wrapping, packing, loading, and shipment preparation.
• Cross-train across multiple warehouse areas, including inbound and outbound operations, and participate in projects as assigned.
• Receive large boxes on the dock, scan products with RF scanners, input data into systems, break down cases, and replenish stock using heavy equipment.
• Utilize voice-to-pick systems for selecting large case items with material handling equipment or small units placed on carts.
• Palletize large items, wrap skids for shipment, and pack small items into boxes.
• Operate equipment such as order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
• Maintain housekeeping, inventory control, and a clean work environment while adhering to all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek detail-oriented, self-motivated team players ready for a physically demanding role:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience in distribution warehouse, retail, or fast-food environments preferred.
• Experience with automated or RF warehouse systems beneficial.
• Ability or willingness to learn material handling equipment operation.
• Capacity to stand for long periods, frequently stoop or bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in English with strong reading and writing skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively, meet performance quotas in a fast-paced setting, and flex for overtime.
