Role Overview

As a Full-Time Night Warehouse Associate in Swedesboro, NJ, you will contribute to the seamless flow of healthcare products through our state-of-the-art distribution center. This night shift position offers a competitive pay rate of $22.40 per hour, including shift differential, equating to an annual salary of approximately $46,592. Working Monday through Friday with shifts from 8:00pm-4:30am (Mon-Thu) and 5:30pm-2:00am (Fri) or until completion, you'll handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will perform a variety of essential warehouse functions to support Cardinal Health's commitment to reliable product distribution:

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accurate order processing, including picking, quality control checks, sorting, consolidating freight, pallet building, wrapping, packing, loading, and shipment preparation.
• Cross-train across multiple warehouse areas, including inbound and outbound operations, and participate in projects as assigned.
• Receive large boxes on the dock, scan products using RF scanners, and input data into warehouse management systems.
• Break down cases, operate heavy equipment to replenish stock, and utilize voice-to-pick systems for efficient order fulfillment.
• Palletize large items, pack small items into boxes, and drive material handling equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment through housekeeping, inventory control, and strict adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, including wearing steel-toed safety shoes and safety harnesses.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of warehouse or distribution center experience; automated or RF warehouse experience is beneficial.
• Ability or willingness to learn material handling equipment operation (pallet jacks, cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts).
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, frequently stoop or bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Fluent in English with strong reading and writing skills preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to varying shift end times based on work demands.
