Role Overview

The Warehouse Associate - Inbound (1st Shift) plays a vital role in our Consumer Health Logistics Center, focusing on receiving and processing inbound products. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (or until tasks are completed), offering a predictable schedule in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Starting pay is $20.10 per hour, with comprehensive benefits from day one. No prior warehouse experience is required—we provide all training starting your first day. Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate - Inbound, you'll ensure the smooth flow of products from vendors into our distribution network. Core duties include:

  • Accurately receiving inbound products, performing quality inspections, and staging for storage.
  • Fulfilling orders by picking items precisely, conducting quality control checks, packing securely, and preparing for shipment.
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular counts and housekeeping to uphold safety standards.
  • Cross-training across warehouse functions, including outbound shipping, to support team flexibility.
  • Operating material handling equipment such as order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders—certification provided on the job.

Work under moderate supervision, following standard operating procedures while resolving routine issues. Your contributions directly impact our ability to deliver healthcare products efficiently nationwide.
