Role Overview

As a Warehouse Associate - Inbound (1st Shift) at Cardinal Health's Consumer Hub Logistics Center in Columbus, OH, you'll play a vital role in our inbound operations. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (or until tasks are completed), offering a predictable schedule in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Starting pay is $20.10 per hour, with comprehensive benefits from day one. No prior warehouse experience is required—all training is provided starting your first day. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll support the efficient flow of products from receipt to distribution. Core duties include:

• Following established processes to receive inbound products accurately, including unloading, inspecting, and documenting shipments.
• Performing quality control checks to ensure product integrity and compliance with Cardinal Health standards.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and control tasks.
• Participating in cross-training across warehouse functions, such as picking, packing, and shipping, to support team flexibility.
• Conducting housekeeping to uphold a clean, safe work environment.
• Training and certifying on material handling equipment like order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders as required.

You'll work under moderate supervision, applying standard operating procedures while resolving routine issues and escalating complex problems to supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably and work at heights of 20-30 feet regularly.
• Physical stamina to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shifts in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to follow directions, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Basic proficiency in English for processing documents; experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
