Role Overview

The Warehouse Associate, Inbound position at Cardinal Health's Columbus, OH facility is a full-time role on a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:30AM to 1:30PM, or until work is completed, with overtime expected. Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, Inbound, your daily tasks ensure seamless operations in our medical supply chain:

• Follow established processes to receive inbound shipments, accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing items, and entering data into warehouse management systems.
• Cross-train across multiple warehouse functions, including outbound dock operations, renal fluid packing, IV fluid packing, and automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS).
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular housekeeping, control tasks, and adherence to safety protocols, including wearing steel-toed safety shoes and material handling harnesses.
• Train and certify on MHE such as cherry pickers, counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders to support efficient warehouse flow.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented setting under moderate supervision, resolving routine issues while escalating complex problems to leads or supervisors.
