Key Responsibilities

Key duties include following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order processing, such as accurately picking items using voice-to-pick systems, performing quality control checks, sorting and consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing small items, and preparing shipments. You'll receive large boxes on the dock, scan products with RF scanners, input data into warehouse management systems, and break down cases to replenish stock using heavy equipment.

Cross-training across inbound and outbound operations is essential, allowing flexibility to support various projects. Expect to drive material handling equipment like order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders. Maintaining a clean, safe work environment through housekeeping and inventory control tasks is paramount, with strict adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, including wearing steel-toed shoes and safety harnesses.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek motivated candidates with a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and 1-2 years of warehouse or distribution experience. Familiarity with automated or RF warehouse systems is beneficial, along with the ability or willingness to operate material handling equipment. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, frequent stooping/bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Success requires being detail-oriented, quality-focused, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting while meeting performance quotas.

Fluency in English for reading and writing is preferred, with flexibility for overtime.
