Role Overview

As a Warehouse Associate - Outbound (2nd Shift) at Cardinal Health's Consumer Hub Logistics Center in Columbus, OH, you'll play a vital role in our pharmaceutical supply chain. Working Monday-Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm (or until tasks are completed), you'll focus on outbound operations, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will drive the efficient flow of products from storage to shipment:

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products using voice-directed or RF technology.
• Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
• Pack products securely and prepare shipments for internal and external customers via prescribed service parameters.
• Cross-train across multiple warehouse functions, from staging to transportation, and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and housekeeping, upholding a clean, safe work environment compliant with OSHA standards.

Equipment Operation

Train and certify on advanced material handling equipment, including order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders. Safety is paramount—expect regular review and moderate supervision as you build expertise.
