  • Perform Root Cause Analysis on returns and inbounds, implementing sustainable mitigation strategies.
  • Handle Idoc’s checking, inventory differences, returns tracking, scrapping, PGI’s reporting, and SAP corrections for 3PL.
  • Drive the OTIF (On-Time In-Full) process and manage CHEP pallets bookings.

Daily collaboration with your direct supervisor is essential, ensuring alignment on priorities and adaptability to changes.
