Role Overview

The Warehouse Controller position at PepsiCo's Azov Plant in Russia is a critical role in our supply chain operations. Reporting to warehouse management, you will oversee the efficient movement, storage, and documentation of goods and materials. This full-time position operates on a rotating shift schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage, providing a dynamic work environment in a modern production facility. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise loading and unloading of products and raw materials to maintain operational flow.
• Ensure the preservation and safety of products and materials throughout handling and transportation processes.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and materials, adhering to all warehouse operation standards and documentation rules.
• Coordinate category 1 and 2 light vehicle drivers for efficient loading, unloading, and internal warehouse placement.
• Prepare documentation for shortages, damages, and write-offs of goods and materials.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• Secondary, vocational, or higher education.
• Proven experience in a similar warehouse controller position.
• At least six months of hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to detail.

No prior driving license is required, but familiarity with warehouse logistics and safety protocols is essential. This position is filled on a fixed-term contract due to temporary staff replacement, with potential for extension based on performance.
