Role Overview

As a Warehouse Defect Specialist (Кладовщик по браку) at PepsiCo's facility in Timashevsk, Russia, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity, handling returns, and managing defective products. This full-time position ensures compliance with company standards for product quality, documentation, and disposal. Working in a fast-paced cold storage environment, you'll contribute to seamless operations in our food and beverage supply chain, preventing losses and upholding PepsiCo's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will focus on precision and accountability:

• Verify prepared products against shipping documents, palletizing rules, and labeling standards; note and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage client returns strictly per company protocols, including documentation, zoning on the warehouse floor, and system entries.
• Receive incoming products based on tasks and documentation, checking names, production dates, labeling, and reporting variances to supervisors.
• Conduct defect accounting: identify damaged, expired, or short-shelf-life products; prepare rejection acts and relocate to designated zones.
• Execute write-offs in accounting systems, oversee disposal processes from preparation to loading, and complete all required documents.
• Facilitate returns and exchanges of substandard goods between finished goods warehouse and production.
• Identify responsibility for defects and mis-sorts, reporting to shift leads, accounting specialists, and distribution center management.
• Organize timely waste removal, cleanup of packaging waste, and maintain warehouse hygiene.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring:

• Secondary specialized education or higher, preferably in accounting or merchandising.
• At least 1 year of experience as a warehouse clerk.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse accounting, document flow, especially for defects and non-liquid assets.
• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Readiness to work in a cold storage environment.
