Role Overview

  • Receive incoming products based on tasks and documentation, checking names, production dates, labeling, and reporting variances to supervisors.
  • Conduct defect accounting: identify damaged, expired, or short-shelf-life products; prepare rejection acts and relocate to designated zones.
  • Execute write-offs in accounting systems, oversee disposal processes from preparation to loading, and complete all required documents.
  • Facilitate returns and exchanges of substandard goods between finished goods warehouse and production.
  • Identify responsibility for defects and mis-sorts, reporting to shift leads, accounting specialists, and distribution center management.
  • Organize timely waste removal, cleanup of packaging waste, and maintain warehouse hygiene.
