Role Overview

The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator - 3rd Shift plays a critical role in our Inventory Management team, responsible for demand planning, supply optimization, and executing processes that minimize costs while meeting service levels. This full-time position operates Sunday - Wednesday, 8 pm - 6:30 am, with potential overtime based on business needs. Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you'll support inventory accuracy and operational efficiency through:

  • Participating in Prime/Reserve cycle counts and maintaining the chase area with regular cycle counts.
  • Conducting thorough investigations for missing stock and transfers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Identifying, removing, and logging recalled items, damaged products, and short-dated inventory.
  • Performing putaway of incoming products and executing tasking assignments.
  • Running and completing detailed reports, organizing cycle count emails, and ensuring data integrity.

Daily Workflow

Your shift begins with reviewing emails and reports, followed by cycle counts and putaway. You'll use RF scanners or voice picking to navigate high-reach areas (20-30 feet), investigate issues, and log quality concerns, all while meeting hourly quotas under moderate supervision.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek reliable team players with:

  • 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency operating warehouse PIT equipment, with Order Selector experience ideal.
  • Comfort working at heights of 20-30 feet regularly.
  • Experience with RF scanners and/or voice-to-pick systems.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, and stand for the entire shift.
  • Availability for overtime with little to no advance notice.
  • Strong aptitude for fast-paced distribution, multi-tasking, flexibility, and adherence to quotas.
