Role Overview

As Warehouse Operations Manager (Outbound) at Cardinal Health's Dixon, CA facility, you will oversee outbound processing, including picking and shipping operations. • Challenging the status quo with thought leadership and data-driven decision-making using metrics and tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Interfacing directly with customers and suppliers to resolve issues, participate in meetings, and develop customer-facing documentation.
• Fostering collaborative relationships, managing talent development, cross-training, and building an inclusive culture at all organizational levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5-10 years of supervisory experience required; managing teams of 100+ employees a strong plus.

• Experience interacting with customers and creating customer-facing materials advantageous.
• Application of Lean Six Sigma principles; Black Belt, Kaizen certification, or similar a plus.
