Role Overview

The Warehouse Operations Manager - Day Shift position at Cardinal Health's Greenwood, SC facility is a pivotal leadership role overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations. Reporting to the Site Leader, you'll manage a 3-shift operation with primary focus on the Monday-Friday 10am-8pm shift, while remaining flexible for all shifts as needed. Key Responsibilities

As Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll spearhead comprehensive operations management. Key duties include:

• Total oversight of operations logistics, planning, employee engagement, and development, encompassing inbound/outbound operations, quality, inventory control, EHS, QRA, SOX compliance, transportation, maintenance, and facilities management.
• Proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams like sales, inventory, finance, HR, transportation, and sourcing to deliver superior external customer service, quality, and associate engagement.
• Leading project initiatives for new building projects, implementations, and consolidations.
• Directing staff to achieve timely receiving and shipping, maintaining quality standards, and reducing RC cost per line.
• Developing technical and leadership skills of all RC leaders through coaching, training, performance feedback, and role modeling exemplary leadership.

Additional responsibilities involve leading cross-business teams for service and quality input, root cause analysis for process defects, implementing countermeasures, and continuous monitoring of KPIs to exceed organizational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Ideal candidates bring proven experience in warehouse operations management within distribution or manufacturing settings. Key qualifications include:

• Demonstrated leadership in managing inbound/outbound logistics, quality control, and inventory processes.
• Strong understanding of EHS, SOX compliance, QRA, and transportation regulations.
• Expertise in process improvement, KPI analysis, and root cause problem-solving.
• Track record of employee development, coaching, and high-engagement team leadership.
• Project management skills for implementations and consolidations.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Anticipated salary range: $76,300 - $109,000 annually, with total compensation influenced by experience, location, and internal equity.
