Role Overview

As the Warehouse Outbound Lead for 1st Shift at our Portland, OR at-Home Solutions DC, you'll support the Warehouse Supervisor in managing outbound operations. This full-time role operates Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential overtime based on business needs. Anticipated hourly pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.80, determined by experience, location, and internal equity. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Proficiency in AIMS, RF scanners, voice-to-pick systems, and MHE
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Physical ability: Lift 50 lbs, bend/stoop/reach/stand entire shift, work at heights 20-30 ft
• Flexibility for overtime and rotation across warehouse areas
• Commitment to safety protocols and PPE including safety shoes
