Role Overview

The Warehouse Person (Loader) position at PepsiCo's Frankfort, New York facility is a hands-on, labor-intensive role essential to our supply chain operations. Reporting to warehouse leadership, you'll hand-build pallets of product for bulk, route, and transport trucks, ensuring order accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Person (Loader), your primary duties include:

• Driving power pallet jacks or forklifts to picking areas and building pallets/loads according to load sheets or voice pick audio equipment.
• Marking load tickets for out-of-stock items, wrapping completed pallets, and turning in paperwork for verification before loading.
• Staging pallets/loads into trucks, completing partial pallets, and properly storing mixed pallets.
• Loading/unloading bulk, route, and transport trucks, including handling raw materials, returned products, and plastic flats.
• Maintaining proper housekeeping standards, ensuring a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Expect to lift high volumes of 20-45 pound cases repeatedly, involving constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

Helpful Experience

• Warehouse environment experience, such as order selecting, product storage, staging, or powered equipment operation.
• Forklift driving skills, including forward/backward driving, boom control, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
• Working with racking systems for loading/unloading pallets and maximizing vertical storage.
• Team environment experience, including cooperation and joint problem-solving.
