Role Overview

The Warehouse Person (Loader) - Evenings position at PepsiCo in Twin Falls, Idaho, is a full-time, labor-intensive role paying $20.95 per hour. Working evening shifts, you'll hand-build pallets of product for bulk, route, and transport trucks, utilizing forklifts and electronic pallet jacks. This position demands strict attention to order accuracy, compliance with shipper/receiver documentation, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, your primary accountabilities include:

• Marking load tickets for out-of-stock items, wrapping completed pallets, and turning in paperwork for verification before loading trucks.
• Staging pallets and loads into trucks, completing partial pallets, and properly storing mixed pallets.
• Unloading incoming trucks with raw materials and returned products, placing them in designated warehouse spaces.
• Maintaining proper housekeeping standards, ensuring a safe work environment amid constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.

Expect to lift a high volume of 20-45 pound cases repeatedly during long shifts, contributing to efficient bulk, route, and transport truck loading for local deliveries.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Helpful Experience

• Warehouse environment experience, such as order selecting, product storage, staging, powered pallet jacks, or forklifts.
• Forklift driving skills, including forward/backward operation, boom lifting/lowering, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
• Working with racking systems for loading/unloading pallets, maximizing vertical storage.
• Team environment experience, including cooperation and joint problem-solving.
