Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Person (Loader), your primary accountabilities include:

• Driving power pallet jacks or forklifts to picking areas and building loads according to electronic order systems, load sheets, or voice pick audio equipment.
• Marking load tickets for out-of-stock items, wrapping completed pallets, and turning in paperwork for verification before loading.
• Staging pallets and loads into trucks, completing partial pallets, and properly storing mixed pallets.
• Unloading raw materials, returned products, and pallets/plastic flats, placing them in designated warehouse spaces.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment through proper housekeeping standards and adhering to all safety protocols.

Physical Demands

This role involves constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping while lifting a high volume of 20-45 pound cases repeatedly during long shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

Helpful Experience:

• Warehouse environment work, such as order selecting, product storage, staging, or powered equipment operation.
• Forklift driving skills, including forward/backward driving, boom control, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
• Working with racking systems for loading/unloading pallets and maximizing vertical storage.
• Team environment experience, including cooperation and joint problem-solving.
