The Warehouse Person (Loader) - Nights position at PepsiCo's Mesquite, Texas location is a hands-on, labor-intensive role perfect for reliable individuals seeking stable night-shift work. Starting at $24.50 per hour, this full-time position involves building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, operating forklifts and electronic pallet jacks, and maintaining top-tier order accuracy. Responsibilities include wrapping finished pallets, staging loads for trucks, completing partial pallets, and upholding housekeeping standards. You'll load full pallets onto trailers, unload raw materials and returns, and customize loads for route trucks based on sales orders. Precision in stacking for stability, compliance with shipper documentation, and regular attendance are non-negotiable for seamless operations.
Basic qualifications are straightforward: must be 18 years or older with regular, reliable attendance. Helpful experience includes warehouse operations like order selecting, product staging, and powered equipment use. Forklift proficiency—driving forward/backward, maneuvering in tight spaces—is a plus. Familiarity with racking systems, vertical stacking, and team collaboration enhances your fit.
