Role Overview

As a Warehouse Supervisor at PepsiCo in Chicoutimi, Quebec, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our beverages division. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will handle a diverse set of responsibilities critical to seamless warehouse operations:

• Understand and execute warehousing activities, including resource requirements, layout planning, truck loading for delivery, bulk, and transport routes, reconciliation, and adherence to Transport Ministry regulations.
• Transmit knowledge to team members to ensure consistent execution.
• Achieve performance standards, including production best practices, safety management, and regulatory compliance.
• Align team priorities with the annual operating plan objectives.
• Develop frontline employees through training, setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing strong performance.
• Act as a change agent, fostering a work climate that drives team performance and engagement.
• Maintain a safe workplace with efficient and secure work methods.
• Ensure production quality from raw materials to finished products and uphold a compliant work environment.
• Lead team meetings to communicate goals and results, enhancing communication and engagement.
• Supervise production activities, ensure equipment reliability to minimize downtime and waste.
• Support the AM Pillar in the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Warehouse Supervisor, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, food science, or a related field, or a DEC combined with relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role (preferred).
• Experience in consumer packaged goods or similar sectors is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication.
• Bilingualism (French and English).
• Proven computer skills with Microsoft Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and process management abilities.
• Availability for evening shifts.
