Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As the on-site training expert, your impact will be immediate and measurable:

• Act as the primary contact for all training requests, questions, and issues from Greensboro site employees.
• Conduct comprehensive programs including New Employee Orientation, Pharma Distribution skills (inbound/outbound), EH&S, and QRA training.
• Prepare new hire classes by securing classrooms, materials, meals, and setting first-day expectations.
• Deliver instructor-led sessions using Learning COE materials, with ongoing training for system updates like Birdy technology.
• Log completions in mySpark LMS, provide manager follow-ups, and coordinate new hire readiness with site leadership.

Additionally, you'll champion improvements by providing feedback on program gaps, assisting in material development, monitoring peer trainers, and attending Train the Trainer certifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Experience
