Role Overview

The Warehouse Worker - Compliance (Weekend Shift) position at our Groveport, OH facility offers a stable career opportunity in pharmaceutical distribution. Working Friday-Sunday from 7am-7:30pm (or until tasks complete), you'll earn $22.10 per hour including shift differential. This entry-level role requires no prior warehouse experience—all training starts day one. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll ensure seamless warehouse operations supporting Cardinal Health's mission-critical supply chain. Primary duties include following established processes to accurately pick products using voice-directed systems, performing rigorous quality control checks, packing items securely, and preparing shipments for timely delivery. You'll cross-train across multiple warehouse functions, from receiving to staging, and participate in continuous improvement projects. Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and housekeeping is essential, as is upholding compliance standards in our temperature-controlled environments. Safety is paramount—you'll train on advanced material handling equipment including order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders to optimize efficiency.

Daily Workflow

Shifts begin with safety huddles and task assignments. You'll navigate high-bay racking systems (working at heights up to 30 feet), handle products in refrigerated areas (36°F-42°F), and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. End-of-shift responsibilities include equipment checks and workspace organization, contributing to our zero-incident safety record.

Qualifications & Requirements
