Role Overview

The Warehouse Worker - Compliance (Weekend Shift) position at our Groveport, OH facility offers a dynamic entry into healthcare logistics. Working Friday-Sunday from 7am to 7:30pm (or until tasks are completed), you'll contribute to the seamless receipt, storage, and shipment of pharmaceutical products. This role emphasizes compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. No prior warehouse experience is required—all training starts on day one. Earn $22.10 per hour, including shift differential, and enjoy comprehensive benefits from day one.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll follow established processes to fulfill orders accurately, including picking products, conducting quality control checks, packing items securely, and preparing shipments. Cross-training across warehouse functions prepares you for diverse tasks and projects. Daily housekeeping and inventory control ensure a clean, safe workspace. You'll train to operate equipment like order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders, enhancing your skills in material handling.

Qualifications & Requirements

We welcome candidates with little to no experience who thrive in goal-oriented settings. Key requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, comfort working at heights of 20-30 feet, and physical stamina to bend, reach, stoop, and stand for entire shifts. You must be able to work in refrigerated areas (36°F-42°F) for up to 10 hours or longer. Strong communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and basic tech familiarity are pluses. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
