Role Overview

The Warehouse Worker (Flex- Night Shift) position in Hudson, Wisconsin, offers a dynamic entry into the healthcare supply chain. As a Flex Worker, you'll enjoy a PRN (as-needed) schedule with ultimate flexibility: commit to one mandatory Sunday night shift from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM (or until tasks complete), then pick additional shifts as your availability allows, up to 29 hours per week. This night shift role includes a competitive shift differential, with anticipated hourly pay ranging from $21.97 to $24.37 based on experience. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our warehouse operations, handling the receipt, storage, and shipment of critical healthcare products. Key duties include:

• Following precise processes to pick products accurately, conduct quality control inspections, pack items securely, and prepare shipments for timely delivery.
• Cross-training across warehouse functions, from receiving to fulfillment, and contributing to special projects as needed.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular counts and housekeeping tasks to uphold a safe, organized workspace.
• Training on and operating material handling equipment, including order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders upon certification.

Qualifications & Requirements
