Role Overview

The Warehouse Worker (Full-Time Nights) position in Hudson, WI, is perfect for reliable individuals ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Working Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to 3:30 am (or until tasks are complete), you'll handle the receipt, storage, and shipment of sensitive pharmaceutical products. No prior warehouse experience is required—all training starts on day one. Anticipated hourly pay ranges from $21.97 to $24.37 based on experience, including shift differential. Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you'll ensure seamless operations in our state-of-the-art warehouse:

• Follow precise processes to fulfill orders, including accurate product picking, quality control checks, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Cross-train across multiple warehouse functions and support projects to build versatility.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and conduct inventory control to uphold a safe, clean workspace.
• Train for certification on essential equipment such as order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.

Your efforts directly support the flow of medications to those who need them most, from local pharmacies to major hospitals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
