Role Overview

The Warehouse Worker - Full Time (Nights) position at our Salt Lake City pharmaceutical distribution center offers a stable career in warehouse operations. This 4x10 night shift role runs Sunday through Thursday from 6:00pm to 4:30am (or until tasks are complete), providing scheduled days off on Wednesdays, Fridays, and most Saturdays. Starting pay is $21.06 per hour, inclusive of shift differential, in a fast-paced environment handling healthcare products. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll contribute directly to the seamless flow of pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities include following established processes to fulfill orders by accurately picking products, conducting quality control checks, packing items securely, and preparing shipments. You'll cross-train across multiple warehouse functions, participate in improvement projects, and handle housekeeping and inventory control to uphold a clean, safe workspace. Certification to operate equipment such as order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders is required, ensuring efficient product movement from receipt to delivery.

Daily Operations

Expect routine tasks under moderate supervision, applying skills to standard procedures while resolving minor issues. Output is reviewed by leads or supervisors, with complex problems escalated appropriately. Adherence to quality guidelines and safety protocols is paramount in our high-volume distribution center.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates with 1-2 years of warehouse experience (preferred), good written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and regular comfort working at heights of 20-30 feet.
