Role Overview

As a Warehouse Worker on the weekend shift (Friday-Sunday, 7am-7:30pm or until tasks are completed), you'll play a vital role in our high-volume pharmaceutical distribution center. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $22.10 per hour, including shift differential, in a fast-paced environment where no prior warehouse experience is required—all training starts on day one. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic position, you'll handle a mix of manual tasks essential to receiving, storing, and shipping products. Responsibilities include:

• Following established processes to fulfill orders: accurately picking products to meet team goals.
• Performing quality control checks, packing products securely, and preparing shipments for timely delivery.
• Cross-training across multiple warehouse areas, including refrigerated zones, and contributing to improvement projects.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular control tasks and housekeeping to uphold a clean, safe workspace.
• Training and certifying on material handling equipment such as order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Willingness to work in refrigerated areas (36°F-42°F) for up to 10 hours or longer.
• Comfort operating at heights up to 30 feet and flexibility to follow directions while adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; tech familiarity (computers, POS systems) is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
