As a Wastewater Treatment Technician at PepsiCo in Almaty, Kazakhstan, you will be at the heart of our production sustainability efforts. This full-time position involves overseeing the purification of artesian water, industrial wastewater, and stormwater to meet stringent regulatory and technological standards. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will keep our operations running smoothly and sustainably:

• Lead technological processes for cleaning artesian water, industrial wastewater, and stormwater in line with technological regulations and normative documentation.
• Conduct ongoing control of water consumption and drainage systems per production guidelines to detect any deviations from established norms.
• Perform routine inspections, scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency interventions on equipment, adhering to Working Instruction No. 1 for wastewater treatment station operations.
• Maintain all technological and auxiliary equipment in engineering networks for water drainage and purification systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of quality resources for manufacturing.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Education at the secondary specialized level or higher in a relevant field such as water treatment, engineering, or environmental technology.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in wastewater treatment, equipment maintenance, or similar technical roles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in team environments.
• Strong proficiency in PC usage, including advanced knowledge of office applications like Microsoft Office suite for reporting and data management.
