As Water Treatment Coordinator at PepsiCo in Broek op Langedijk, Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a sustainable, safe, and efficient production environment. This full-time day-shift position within our water purification facility (WWTI) and Hal West combines hands-on operational duties with coordination, coaching, and process optimization. You will have daily impact on process quality and team development, serving as a key player in our sustainability initiatives. Execute daily operations in Hal West and the water treatment installation, ensuring seamless functionality. Monitor and enhance WWTI processes through data analysis, real-time adjustments, and KPI oversight to drive performance improvements.
Train, coach, and guide operators, including conducting performance and appraisal discussions. Manage annual vacation planning and equitable task distribution to foster a high-performing team.
Ensure all activities comply with wastewater and waste regulations, acting as the primary contact for regulatory authorities. Oversee safety, order, and cleanliness in the water treatment building and laboratory.
Handle reporting, financial reconciliations with external parties, and data collection for improvement initiatives. Serve as the first point of contact for recurring process issues, liaising with production, maintenance, and suppliers.
Support the Front Line Manager (FLM) in diverse projects, proposing and implementing enhancements for operational efficiency.
To succeed in this role, candidates should bring experience in technical, operational, or process environments—water treatment experience is highly advantageous.
