Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Execute daily operations in Hal West and the water treatment installation, ensuring seamless functionality. Monitor and enhance WWTI processes through data analysis, real-time adjustments, and KPI oversight to drive performance improvements.

Team Leadership and Development

Train, coach, and guide operators, including conducting performance and appraisal discussions. Manage annual vacation planning and equitable task distribution to foster a high-performing team.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure all activities comply with wastewater and waste regulations, acting as the primary contact for regulatory authorities. Oversee safety, order, and cleanliness in the water treatment building and laboratory.

Administrative and Analytical Duties

Handle reporting, financial reconciliations with external parties, and data collection for improvement initiatives. Serve as the first point of contact for recurring process issues, liaising with production, maintenance, and suppliers.

Project Support

Support the Front Line Manager (FLM) in diverse projects, proposing and implementing enhancements for operational efficiency.
