Key Responsibilities

• Execute steps to setup business development conversations with suppliers for Wayfair
• Communicate with suppliers via email and phone throughout setup process
• Manage relationships with external partners providing supplier leads and resources
• Problem solve challenges or trends as they arise in supplier acquisition
• Report on progress of the Acquisition team, including successes and learnings
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive better supplier experience
• Influence strategy and planning for Asia-based Supplier Acquisition team
• Support logistics sourcing for warehouse operations in Asia

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years out of undergrad
• Relevant work or internship experience
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (inferred from Shenzhen location)
• Strong organizational skills for supplier management
• Ability to problem solve challenges
• Cross-functional team collaboration experience
