Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR, talent coordination, or people operations in retail or warehouse environments
• Experience supporting frontline associates in high-volume logistics and operations settings
• Strong understanding of scheduling and workforce management for store and distribution teams
• Knowledge of performance management processes in fast-paced retail logistics operations
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate employee records for large associate teams
• Ability to foster inclusive environments in warehouse and store operations
• Experience partnering with store managers and talent business partners in operations
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
