The Assistant Store Manager of Sales will oversee all sales operations, leading a team of Designers and Product Specialists while collaborating with the Guest Experience Lead and reporting to the Store Manager. This role emphasizes warehouse-to-retail logistics, ensuring efficient product flow, merchandising, and inventory management in a high-end environment focused on exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all sales functions for the Perigold luxury retail store
  • Lead and manage a team of in-store Designers and Product Specialists
  • Collaborate closely with the Guest Experience Lead on operations
  • Report directly to the Store Manager on sales performance
  • Drive sales growth through team motivation and training
  • Ensure seamless in-store operations including product merchandising
  • Manage inventory display and logistics for furniture and decor
  • Optimize store layout for luxury customer experience
  • Monitor sales metrics and implement improvement strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of retail sales leadership experience in luxury or high-end retail environments
  • Proven track record in driving sales performance and team leadership
  • Experience managing teams of designers and product specialists
  • Strong understanding of luxury home goods, furniture, and decor categories
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced retail operations
