About the Role

As the Assistant Store Manager, Sales and Retail Engagement (also referred to as Department Manager, Retail Sales) at Wayfair's Physical Retail In-Store location in Columbus, Ohio, you will lead the strategy, performance, and execution of the store’s customer-facing sales experience. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll own critical KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction, while infusing the sales floor with daily energy and fostering long-term growth.
