Key Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising team to create dynamic store presentations that integrate warehouse inventory
• Partner with Sr. Managers and GM to execute visual strategy across furniture and home improvement departments
• Drive sales through captivating visual storytelling aligned with logistics availability
• Collaborate with Home Office teams on operational merchandising plans
• Ensure visual standards support efficient store operations and customer flow
• Build and develop high-performing teams in fast-paced retail environments
• Monitor and optimize visual displays for inventory turnover and sales performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of visual merchandising experience in retail or logistics environments
• Proven leadership in managing teams in fast-paced warehouse-adjacent retail settings
• Experience executing visual strategies across large-scale store departments including furniture logistics
• Strong understanding of inventory flow and operational excellence in physical retail
• Ability to partner with General Managers and Home Office on supply chain-aligned merchandising
• Background in high-growth retail operations with focus on customer-facing logistics
• Knowledge of store presentation standards for home goods and improvement products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Wayfair or similar e-commerce to physical retail transition
• Retail management certification in visual or operations
• Familiarity with Columbus, OH logistics hub operations
