About the Role

Wayfair is seeking a Brand Management Lead in Boston, MA, within the Marketing Strategy & Analytics department. This hybrid role (4 days/week in office, 1 day remote) focuses on warehouse, logistics, and operations by translating high-priority commercial initiatives—such as supply chain services and delivery programs—into compelling customer-facing brand strategies. Reporting to the Global Head of Brand & Insights, the role acts as an internal product marketer, owning end-to-end go-to-market strategies for sub-brands that highlight Wayfair's logistics differentiation in the home goods category, at the intersection of brand, product, and customer experience. Key to success is driving strategies that emphasize Wayfair's warehouse efficiency, rapid fulfillment, and seamless operations, collaborating cross-functionally to position these capabilities as competitive advantages. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
