Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for bedroom category products
• Develop category strategy focusing on warehouse inventory and logistics efficiency
• Collaborate with operations teams to optimize supply chain for Asia fulfillment centers
• Monitor key metrics including stock levels, delivery times, and logistics costs
• Drive strategic decisions impacting category performance and bottom line
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute tactical plans for supplier onboarding
• Analyze supplier performance in terms of warehouse receipt and order fulfillment
• Define goals for category growth aligned with Wayfair's logistics capabilities
• Problem-solve logistics bottlenecks with external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in category management, procurement, or supplier relations in eCommerce or retail
• Experience managing supplier relationships in Asia market
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics for home goods
• Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain optimization
• Ability to analyze logistics metrics and drive operational efficiency
• Experience with cross-functional teams in operations and fulfillment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in furniture or bedroom category logistics
• Knowledge of Wayfair's Asia supply chain operations
