Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners for decor category
• Define and execute category strategy to optimize warehouse inventory and logistics
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to improve fulfillment efficiency
• Monitor and manage key business metrics including stock levels and delivery times
• Problem-solve logistics bottlenecks and supplier performance issues
• Drive strategic decisions impacting category P&L through operational insights
• Work with cross-functional teams on tactical plans for supply chain
• Analyze warehouse data to advance category business agenda
• Manage supplier onboarding and performance in Asia logistics network

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in category management, procurement, or supplier relations in eCommerce or retail
• Experience managing supplier relationships in Asia market
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics for home goods
• Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain optimization
• Ability to analyze logistics metrics and drive operational efficiency
• Experience with cross-functional teams in operations and fulfillment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in furniture/decor logistics and warehousing
• Knowledge of Wayfair's Asia supply chain operations
• Advanced Excel skills for logistics forecasting
