Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support Wayfair's logistics network
• Assist in driving tangible value through commercial operations and inventory management
• Support seamless customer experience by optimizing supply chain processes

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program eligible for co-op
• Available for full-time commitment from January 5th, 2026 to June 19th, 2026
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (no STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN)
• Ability to work in office 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) in Boston, MA
• Interest in commercial operations, supplier management, and logistics
• Basic understanding of supply chain and operations in e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills for operations optimization
