Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program with availability for January 5, 2026 - June 19, 2026 co-op
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (no STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN visas)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to commit to 4 days in-office (Monday-Thursday) in Boston, MA with 1 remote day (Friday)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
• Strong analytical mindset for financial data
• Availability for full-time co-op during program dates
