Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Creative workflow optimization for Specialty Retail Brands (SRBs) team
  • Build and maintain relationships with Brand Managers, Content Managers, and Marketing stakeholders
  • Own major initiatives to improve process efficiency in creative operations
  • Challenge and innovate existing workflows to enhance warehouse visual content delivery
  • Maximize ROI on limited creative resources across business stakeholders
  • Deliver data-driven, brand-optimized experiences for internal and external customers
  • Collaborate on logistics-aligned creative projects for retail fulfillment
  • Monitor and report on operational metrics for creative output in supply chain contexts

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations or project management
  • Experience managing workflows for creative teams in retail or e-commerce

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
